How We Work
Good litigation visuals don't start with software. They start with understanding what your case needs to prove and what your jurors need to understand.
Good litigation visuals don't start with software. They start with understanding what your case needs to prove and what your jurors need to understand.
We begin by learning your case: the facts, the legal elements, your theory of liability and damages. What must jurors conclude to find for your client? What's contested? What's the defense narrative you need to overcome?
We ask the questions that matter: What's your theme? What's the one thing jurors must remember in deliberation? What's the hardest concept for a lay person to grasp?
For each element of your case, we identify what jurors need to do mentally:
Different tasks require different visual approaches. A timeline teaches sequence. A comparison board teaches deviation from standard. An animation teaches mechanism. We match the visual to the cognitive job.
We create visuals that reduce confusion and support your narrative. Every graphic answers:
We don't add visual complexity for its own sake. If a simple diagram works better than a 3D animation, we'll tell you.
Visuals improve through review. We work with your attorneys, paralegals, and experts to refine accuracy, strengthen messaging, and anticipate objections. We revise until you're confident the visual says exactly what you need it to say.
Every deliverable is:
We deliver when promised. If your deadline is tight, we'll tell you what's achievable and hit it.
